 Novation can visit your plant and make evaluations of your existing control strategies and recommendations for upgrades. Our custom design services include the upgrading of older, relay style control systems with the latest in computer and PLC controls allowing setpoint recipe control. We have vast experience in closed loop tension control of web fed processes via AC vector or DC digital drive systems. We can add automatic splicing software and programmable rewind tension profiling to you existing equipment. All our design and fabrication services are done in-house. Installation services are also available. Novation has engineers experienced in, and dedicated to information system engineering including: needs analysis evaluations, database schema design, computer & network architecture design, report generation with connectivity to ERP, WMS, CRM and LIMMS.
Our remote support capabilities are accomplished
through either VPN or modem connectivity to your plant equipment.
Once connected, our engineers are capable of providing online diagnostics
of control or process problems and online software engineering.
